Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with sponsors given priority. One way to acquire placement near the Collaborative Hall entrance or the SunGard Higher Education booth, is to purchase a premium booth space.
 
Premium booths are indicated on the floor plan. If you request a premium booth and SunGard Higher Education is able to assign you one, an additional $1,500 will be added to your balance due after booth spaces are assigned in November/December of 2010. Refer to the Collaborative Hall floor plan for premium booth locations.

  • Booth space with a table, two chairs, wastebasket, ID signage, carpet, and pipe and drape 
  • Complimentary directory listing in the Summit website and conference program
  • Pre-conference attendee list. Exhibitors receive one-time-only access to physical mailing addresses for attendees.   
  • Access to exhibitor lounge with ongoing beverage service 
  • 24-hour booth security 
  • General service contractor to facilitate your shipping and exhibit requirements 
  • Access to additional sponsorships and advertising opportunities.  (Please contact Debbie Carmody for more information).  
  • Access to speaking opportunities. Exhibitors can submit proposals for, and if accepted, purchase speaking opportunities.  (Please contact Debbie Carmody for more information). 
  • Access to Sunday evening hospitality suites. Exhibitors are eligible to host a hospitality suite for an additional fee plus the cost of food, beverage, and audio/visual.  (Please contact Debbie Carmody for more information). 
  • Additional badges may be purchased for $850 for participation in the full conference or $100 for exhibit hall only access, subject to SunGard Higher Education's approval of company representative attending.

Note that onsite sign-up for exhibiting at SunGard Summit 2011 is an opportunity extended only to SunGard Higher Education Collaborative members in good standing .
