Request a Meeting Room

Meetings rooms are available at the Moscone Convention Center ONLY on a first come, first serve basis. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If we have any questions or run into any issues with accommodating your request we will contact you directly. 

The standard Ad hoc meeting rooms do NOT include AV, food, or beverage service. If you require a room with AV, please be advised that there is very limited availability for those rooms during scheduled session times.

NOTE: Initial requests will be processed the week of February 15 and notifications of assigned space sent out the week of February 22. Requests received after February 22 will be processed within 10 days.

FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY: If you require Food/Beverage service for your meeting or event, please note that once your meeting/event is assigned space, you will be contacted by the appropriate Moscone Center Food & Beverage Service representative to work out details and payment.

We're sorry, but the online room request process is now closed.  New room requests must be done on-site in San Francisco.  Please stop by the Summit 2010 Registration and Information Center (Moscone North Lobby) to obtain a Room Request Form to complete and return. Thank you.
